I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Center Ivona. the location was perfect, right in the center of town, making it easy to explore all the sights and attractions. the owner was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. They even arranged trips for me and kept in contact to make sure everything was going well. the apartment itself was modern and well-equipped with everything I needed, from cutlery to towels. I felt at home and loved the personal touch.

The location was fantastic, with all the restaurants, bars, and shops of the old city just steps away. We loved being able to walk to any restaurant in just a few minutes. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, and the furniture was new and comfortable. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, giving us tips on what to do in the city.

So if you plan on spending most of your time swimming in the sea, there may be other properties that are closer to the beach. Additionally, we would have appreciated the option to leave our keys somewhere when checking out, as we had to rush to catch our bus to the airport.

Lovely, clean, and modern apartment. Great location in the center of the old town. Helpful and welcoming owners. Adequate kitchen with balcony. Excellent shower and washing machine available.

The room was amazing, with a great view of the bustling Kalelarga in Zadar. It was so cool to wake up to that view every morning!

Personally, I would have preferred a bathtub instead of just a shower. But hey, that's just me!
